The one good thing about being out of work and on modified bed rest is that I am (sometimes) able to work on a lot of projects. I'm doing pretty well this week, I have to say.
Here the letters for the name art that will go in the nursery:
Each of the fabrics that are used as the backgrounds are in the quilt that my mother is making. I am not quite sure how I will display it yet, but I'm thinking that it will somehow involve this ribbon:
I also finally finished the warm & cozy receiving blankets. I made two sets of 3 blankets, one for me and one for my draw for the Gift Exchange. So if she happens to check out my blog, she'll be able to figure out who I am pretty easily. :)
I used special stitching for the edges. And obviously, they are reversible. I kind of wish that I had bought enough material to make them a little bit bigger, but they are still darn cute.
And good news, finally! I passed my 3 hour glucose test with flying colors.
